So when I was younger I had so many friends that would change who they were when they started dating someone. It always boggled my mind. Me - nope. The way I see it is if someone asks me out it was because they liked me so what was the point of changing all that, seriously its gotta get old at some point then you go back to you, and tell him "you've changed " that's crazy!
when me hubby decided to finally get married there really wasn't a transgression period. We were friends : I ate food, I burped, farted, and pooped, I cussed, my voice was not automatically 3 octaves higher, I stayed intelligent instead of turning into some dingy bimbo, I was aggressive, loved to fight, and have a lot of sex (only with my DH)
I actually had a friend tell me one time (I'm assuming because of the list I just described had a huge factor in me not having very many female friends) that he was disappointed when this girl threw her boobs on the floor! Fake will never work out, I wish I could somehow make young girls see just be you and if it works awesome if not it just wasn't meant to be. I have no doubt that when God created my husband He must have had a very humorous day! Might have went a little something like this... "ok so now the man is done, time for his soul mate, lets just take everything opposite of him to make her, then I will put this part of his heart in her and hers in him now they can't live without each other "
@4psychos: Dr. Laura Schlessinger wrote this in her book "TEN STUPID THINGS GIRLS DO TO MESS UP THIER LIVES' and was laughted off radio and TV. I used to listen to her radio show on my way to work... and she used to say exactly what you said, but in differnt words.
