Putting out $500 reward will bring out whomever stole the dog. If he wasn't stolen then no one would have him to claim any reward money. But if they were waiting for that reward amount to go up and it's more than they could get at a flea market, then they would call.
I'm sure at this point, Karilee would be disgusted but more than happy to pay that $500 to get him back.
It's already happened several times. If he was abducted, the abductee is watching the front of her house where he snatched him and a reward sign needs to go there (at her moms).
It's been long enough now to know he hasn't been found by any good citizen. Signs were all over.
He's not at animal control, not found by neighbors. Either stolen for the purpose of ransom or hiding or hit by a car. 4951
