Of being sick. These allergies are kicking my butt right now. My throat is so sore from all the drainage I can barely talk. But on the bright side, my car battery is good and I do not have a flat tire. 4951

Gargle with Salt water.  Simply add a half teaspoon of salt to a cup of warm water and rinse before bed, in the morning when you arise or any time of the day your throat feels irritated by allergies.  For your allergies, get some Benadryl.  Let me know if that works for you. 4951

@BooBear: I get that a lot too, sucks. Maybe do the sinus rinse stuff or add Purely Saline spray several times a day. Purely Saline has no preservatives and will thin the secretions and help them pass and soothe the nasal passages.Hope you feel better soon!

@BooBear: maybe it's your technique. Try it in a hot bath, the steam might help bring you some relief Emoticon

@mm4731: good idea. I am going to try that RIGHT NOW@

I had some sort of plague like illness earlier in the year, dr told me to gargle salt water up to 6x an hour. I swear it saved me & I felt better within a couple days!
Drink hot tea with honey also, honey is a natural antiseptic. 4951
