So I have my phone hooked up to computer via usb it said it is now ready to use bla bla bla. But I don't see how to view my pictures or anything on phone anywhere so I can save them. I did manage to figure out how to send 1 picture to my kindle but it only lets me do 1 at a time. I have over 500 pictures I want. its a galaxy s. 4951

I have a galaxy s3 and I had to Google how to do it. There is some setting you have to go change to "release" them. I will look and see if I can find it. 4951

I think when you plug in the phone you pull fown the top menu screen and select mount sd. When your done you have to do it again and "unhook" your sdcard from sharing before you unplug it.

Good luck. 4951

Typically you have to go to the notification bar (after the usb is plugged in) and select one of the usb options to allow the PC to see the storage on the phone. Depends on what version of Android you have.Once you set that properly you can usually SYNC it to your PC (using windows media center on win 7) or you can open the folder on your phone and drag and drop copy them.If you have a Mac, your on your own EmoticonIf I only have one or two, I use GMAIL and attach the pictures to an email (I can do 4 or 5 with no problem) and just email them. 4951
