I recently engaged a great personal trainer
to Come To My Home – 4 Days a Week for Only $150 per Month.  That’s Right.
4 Days a Week for $150 a Month.
Are you kidding me?  That is
unheard of!

This 30 yr old young man, Brian Kent, is a big-time kick
boxer and has always done personal
training as a second job both in home and in gyms such as Gold’s and
Bally’s.  He’d like to make personal
training his primary occupation so he’s trying to build his clientele  by starting with low rates.

I started my training with him 2 weeks ago, the day after I
returned from a cruise. I’m 51 yrs old and I was tired from the trip and
frankly not too anxious to get started so I decided I would tell him I didn’t
want to work out the first day, that I just wanted to get acquainted,  get a game plan down, etc.  We sat down to talk but before I knew it, he
had me stretching out.  50 mins later, I
had done a full workout.  I’m still not
sure how he tricked me into working out because I figured I would need a drill
sergeant type to get me to do anything, but whatever he does, it seems to work.

Having Brian come to my home, here in Kingwood, overcomes my
BIGGEST obstacle to getting in shape.  If
I had to go somewhere to workout, well, I’d obviously still be sitting on the
couch.  After just 2 weeks, I can already
tell I have more energy and here’s a real shocker – I’m actually starting to
make better food choices ALL BY MYSELF!
Good Grief, will wonders never cease!

Anyway, I wanted to share him with people like me while his
prices are this low.  I never go around
pounding drums for anyone.  I’m hard to
impress.  But I’m going to keep him
because his service is worth every penny and a lot more!

If you want to give him a call or send him an email, here’s
his contact info.  You can ask me stuff
about him too and I’ll be glad to share my thoughts.

Brian Kent

I went back and checked his phone number and it looks like I have it correct - 832-233-3300.Not sure what you mean by "Special Messages" but I think he gives "Special Discounts" if you and your neighbor want to work out together.Actually, this could be a "Special Message" from Above that is telling you to get your butt moving!  Emoticon 4951

Liability Insurance?  For what?  At $150 a month he's going to tone your Assets. He's let his certs lapse since he's running on a shoestring while trying to build his business.  But after you spend a few mins with him you can tell he knows his stuff.  Until 5-6 yrs ago, I was always into fitnessnutrition and I can tell he's on top of his game.  He's just what I needed. 4951

@Sunnycl: ok so I get it- he doesn't care enough about his clients or his business to get liability insurance or keep his certs current. Would you got to a doctor that let his medical license expire?? I think not. And no there is not a difference. I've been in the industry for 18 years and it's " trainers" like these who give the professionals a bad name. Please all of you who are considering a trainer visit www.acefitness.org and search on tips for finding a PROFESSIONAL personal trainer. Trust me staying injury free is worth it
