Groceries are so expensive lately.  How much do u spend a week?  For me and two teen boys I spend about 135-150. Is that too much??  I really have to watch my budget. 4951

Crap. Wonder what I am doing wrong.  I don't even buy junk food or unecessary stuff.  Ok, I am going to try really hard in Oct to make it 400. 4951

@topcat: it all depends on what you buy and when you buy/how often you buy something. If you buy say an 8-roll pack of paper towels and buy it once a month, the expense needs to be spread over a 4 week period to get a true accounting of just what your weekly average will be.

Good, quality food is something i won't skimp on. If i needed to cut back on the budget, I'd start somewhere else.

@mpjp0907 If it makes that much of a difference, than I am all over it! I am good for the week so far. Just spent 100 at WM and usually add about 40 or so as the week goes on for fruit yogurt and milk and stuff I forgot. 4951
