Anyone ever shopped at Bi-Rite? It's on 45N between 610 and BW8 (big red building about 10 minutes up from Gallery Furniture). We were mattress shopping for child room this past week and didn't want to pay $1500. for a full memory foam mattress for a kids room.

Went here and bought a Serta i series gel/foam for $450 out the door. They sell them cheap bc they obtain floor models from department stores and then re-sell at a fraction of the cost. By law the beds are sanitized if they come from this environment.

The cover was a bit dirty but overall no blemishes at all. Following a wash all is well and we saved 1000.00 vs. purchasing from Ashley, RoomsToGo, or Mattress Firm.

Very satisfied! :D 4951

I always make sure I go to Bi-Rite if I am looking for any furniture....just in case.  They do have pretty good pricing, and you Negotiate with them....just like at a car dealership!!  The price marked - don't pay it.....if you want that piece of furniture you tell them you like it, but won't pay that much for it, and go from there.  EmoticonThey do have a large selection of pretty much everything. 4951

I like Texas Furniture Hut. They have nice stuff that is reasonably priced and it's right there in Humble on 1960.  I have purchased from them and Gallery and I gotta say that TFH had much better prices and the quality is a lot better. 4951

They have some sets but lots of single pcs. similar to that of The Dump. Loved then for a mattress but
selection of full compliment room items was a bit limited. Just the same if you were looking for just a couch or some tables I would try them! 4951

I use to work at a furniture store so I know the cost of most things...Texas Furniture Hut has some pretty good prices, they might be able to knock $20 off but thats nothing... 4951

Anybody know where "The Home store" (I think that was the name) moved to? It used to be at Deerbrook mall. 4951

When we were looking for a new bedroom set we set we priced several sets at different places...at Ashley furniture our set would have cost $8,500. But we were able to get it with extra pieces for $5,000. from Furniture Hut on 1960. They do not have alot of variety but the items they do have are priced well below other stores . And we were able to order the extra pieces we wanted at a discount too. 4951
