This Thursday, Shannon Eastin will become the first female to officiate an NFL game. I was listening to talk show host Mike Gallagher this morning who was having a major problem with this. Normally I don't agree with Gallagher on just about anything. But I did agree with the point he was making, and that is why is it necessary to have a female official in an all male sport? Everything is not meant to be gender neutral. Is the NFL trying to make a point by doing this? What are your thoughts? 4951

Eh...there was the same controversy last year when a woman officiated an NBA basketball game.
