Those punks will do that to the wrong person at some point and it wont be some young 20 somethings who they mess with.  If they mess with the right person, they may just end up looking down the the working end of a .45, then end up a grease spot in the road.

Your son should have tried to run him over.

they did roll one of the thugs arms up in the window, and took off fast.  I can only PRAY that young man has extensive damage to his arm!  The thug that hit my son has to have extreme damage to his fist.  As my sons mouth was open when he hit him.

So if any parent on here has a 22 year old or so that came home Friday morning early with injuries. You best question them again as to what happened.  There was a 3rd person in the truck of the thugs but they stayed in the truck.

We are facing 10's of thousands of dollars of damages and surgeries ahead.  My son will need implants and bone replacement treatments.  So far his teeth and jaw are wired to keep from loosing the rest of his teeth.  As far as the thugs kicking in our car that is about $5000+ in damages.

Now my car insurance co wont cover the expenses of medical even though we hve medical coverage.  If anyone is a good attorney here look me up.  We have one attorney that should be calling us Monday.  I just want the HPD do their jobs and get these people off our streets.  We have address's, names and truck owners.  I can't understand why the police can't get this info and arrest them NOW!

Post the punk's names and addresses.
Might as well let us all know, especially considering the HPD are dragging their feet on this.

@angiekaye:

Because it's not up to the police. The police don't make the decision to arrest anyone (except for the lowest class of offense), the District Atrorney's office makes that decision. The police present the evidence to the DA and they make the decision to arrest or not.

I'm gonna venture to say that there is more going on here than is being posted here. Sounds like a traffic altercation, a couple of fingers being flipped, maybe an F off or two and someone ended up biting off more than they could chew. If the DA decides that it was a "mutually combative" situation, your son might be out of luck

BTW, it's probably not a goof idea to be posting all this on s public message board, ESPECIALLY the part about having a friend who is a police officer doing the investigation. If I was a defense attorney, and I might be, I'd be all over that!

Most likely the case. Aside from that, sorry your family is having to deal with all this. Airing it all out to the extent that you have is rapidly approaching ridiculous as well. Not to sound cruel, but what's the point?
Warning all who read the local websites to be on the lookout for a twenty something year old driving a silver Chevy crewcab? So what. There are plenty others to worry about too.
An outcry for about as much sympathy as one could ask for because your son got into an altercation? I'm glad it's not any worse than it is, and I wish him a full and speedy recovery.
The overwhelming need to air your life out on the Internet just baffles me. If you want to write down your everyday life then go ahead. To put it out there for all to see just screams "hey, look at me. I'm somebody. I want some attention. I'm insecure about where I stand amungst everyone else."
Why didn't your son go to the substation immediately? Why didn't you take him there immediately? Why were the windows still open as "bad guys" came to the car? Why did you son even stop?
Again, sorry your going through all this.

I dont think she is airing all her personal business.  This was a serious crime, being the parent of a teen that is out and about at night I appreciate the information as I use it as a teaching tool and to begain a conversation about safety and being aware of your surroundings.  Also it is a good way to reach out to any potential witness that may be out there.  To expect her son to drive to the police is crazy I am sure the young men were totally shaken up if not in shock and getting home was first on there mind.
Regardless I hope the catch the pos !!!!

Prayers are with you and your family during this time.  This is a horrible crime and must be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.  We must keep our Kingwood roadways safe.  If there is a parent out there that their sons came home with injuries as described you should turn them over to the local police!!  It doesn't matter what time it happened; these thugs must be put away in prison for a LONG time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Let's get the SCUM off of our streets!!!!!  I trust that our local law enforcement will take care of this matter very efficiently.

Having a safety, security and awareness conversation with young drivers should be an ongoing one, and not require a "see, this is what I've been talking about" incident to have it. What are you warning your kids about? Beware of chevy trucks? Dont drive like an idiot because you don't know how others will take it? What?
If this happened as randomly as it was posted, without any prior provocation, then it was indeed a crime. Police arrest criminals, not mommy and daddy. Twenty something year old boys make bad decisions that sometimes require stitches. Some learn valuable life lessons that way.
As far as airing out her life on the web, I'm not referring to just this thread.

Again, I'm sorry this happened, and I wish a complete and speedy recovery.

@GoldenGirl:

You are right, she is not airing her personal business....SHE IS ARING HER GROWN ADULT SON'S PERSONAL BUSINESS including pictures of his injuries and medical descriptions.

I hate that it happens to anyone and we should all learn something from it, but I have to agree with some of the others. it makes no sense for them to block the road jump out of their vehicles and randomly attack your sons. how did your sons drive away with his arm in window if the road was blocked? I know the shock and anger is the first response but answers have to be gotten to at some point. not saying anything your sons did deserved what happened to them but it just doesn't add up.
