I never have problems getting them on the phone. If I did, I imagine I'd be so ticked I'd show up at the offices on WLH
Every once in awhile we have a interruption in service for a short amount of time, and then we are back online.
I can't complain about them, so far they have replaced my remote 4 times. My guinea pig at the buttons on 3 of them, and my bud as* Bunny just got remote #4. So yesterday I stopped by their office and they gave me yet another new one
