I'm surprised that Kingwood Dr. has not seen more accidents. When I bike to the library it's like crossing a river of gators...there are spots where there're no "actual" crossings. 4951

It's that time of year... where kids are out of school and running amok... if the parent's haven't already taught them by now to look before crossing... or think before speaking... we're gonna be dropping our population a bit faster than needed...it also means that the people driving need ot be a bit more cautious of the ignorant kids who don't have the common sense...with all that said, I do hope the girl is okay... collisions are never fun... 4951

I too hope the girl is okay.I passed 2 schools (high school and middle) yesterday when school got out and there were kids walking all over the road. Â I also was coming up to a GREEN light near a high school last week when 2 girls just stepped out in front of me. Â I pointed to the green light and they just shrugged their shoulders with a "so what?" attitude and kept on strolling across. Â I was lucky that I was not rear ended by the car behind me as we were all travelling normal speed.Parents please teach your kids some road sense. These were not little kids. 4951
