..If the person sitting behind you in the movies kept kicking your seat?

I went to the movies this wknd and the lady behind me kept kicking my seat. I kindly asked her to please stop kicking my seat and she told me she paid the same amount of money to watch the movie and if I didn't like it I should move.
Duh....I know I can move but the theater was already packed. I was really upset I couldn't really enjoy my movie experience.

You should have told one of the attendant.  She paid for her seat not yours. 4951

I would have told an attendant. At the beginning of the previews they ask you to be considerate of others & if a patron isn't doing that, I'd ask someone who works there to correct them. Besides, she would probably be embarrassed into stopping if she was asked by an attendant in front of everyone around. You tried being nice. What a *****. 4951

Ugh!!! When ever your out in public thats the risk you take. No common courtesy! But I wouldn't have bought an attendant into the mix it's not their job to tell adults how to behave accordingly. I would have called the cops. 4951

I would have called an attendant but i knew there was no where else to sit. The lady weighed 200+ pounds, I think she would have been embarrassed if they made her leave the theater.
Next time I will wait till week 2 to watch a new movie. Not worth the hassle.

you could have told her that last person that kicked your seat  ended up in the hospital (LOL) if that didn't work them call the manager . Idoits can really ruin a nice day for everyone , but you did not have to put up with it , you chose to sit & allow her to continue to ruin it for you ...remember ... people will do what you allow them to do to YOU . 4951

I would have asked for a refund but my little one was really excited to be watching Avengers. I knew the next two showings were already sold out.
We actually went to an early showing at Movie Tavern (before 12pm).

If she was that big, she probably couldn't help it and should have sat in the front row. 4951
