it's only 3 years old. mattress and box springs. My oldest son bought it about 2-3 years ago at Sears. A few months ago he bought a memory foam so he gave it to us for our spare room. It is WAY too big in there and I want it out. It is clean and in excellent condition, You just pick it up if you want it. It's still in the room but this weekend it hits the garage unless someone could use it... Just PM if you want it. It's just in my way. Hope I can help someone out that needs it. 4951
when we sell our house we will be getting rid of our king size mattress set too . t's only 1 year old & in excellent condition , just do not want to pay for shipping it back home, going to get rid of most of our furniture too . So hope it sells quick when we list it . Any one know a good real estate sales person ? In the Kingwood area ? 4951
Maybe I'm wrong, and I probably am, but aren't all the houses being sold by a Real Estate Agent put on HAR? Then the buyer's Real Estate Agent does most of the selling?  So wouldn't you just go with the cheapest?   I've never sold a house, so I honestly don't know. 4951
I need a king mattress myself. I always see that commercial where they say it absorbs so much sweat and whatt not each year or whatever.. now I'm freaked out and plan on getting a new mattress stat!! 4951
our mattress has always had 2 covers on it to protect it . The bottom one is "water proff" & the top one is a 2 inch thick padded cover to protect us from the water proff cover (LOL) so nothing has ever touched our mattress as far as bodies go (LOL) And I change sheets twice a week in the summer & once a week in the winter. So our mattress has been very well taken care of . I will post again when we sell our home , but we are not listing it till the end of May , so we have a few weeks to go yet. And it may take several months before we have a buyer for our home. 4951
