I threw together some Korean BBQ pork ribs in the crockpot. Just got home and they smell awesome!

I love cooking in the crockpot. The house smells great and it is so easy. Just throw stuff in and turn it on.

Was supposed to be bbq meatloaf after dance practice but I just found out that my mom has another infection and needs a 4th surgery so I'm meeting my parents at outback. I hope the food is better than my day has been, lol.

Outback has a great brownies and ice cream dessert. It is even Gluten free.

After watching Hunger Games. Went to Applebee's and had a creamy chicken Parmesan with spinach, mushrooms and rice.. It wasnt very good. But I did get a free dessert out of it. Some kind of chocolate lava cake and ice cream. My DH and I enjoyed splitting that.

How was hunger games?? Dinner for me was good. Talked to mom and things seem positive. The waiter liked me which was funny. He refilled my drink 3 times to DH's one, when he brought our food he was like "I like her so she gets the bigger one." then when we asked for a box he put mine in my box for me but didn't put DH's in one for him. It was just funny seeing DH joke and laugh about it. I was too stuffed for desert even though I love their brownie. A friend of mine used to hostess there years ago and we'd eat there for lunch on her days off and eat just the brownie for a meal. That was before DD was born. Man I could use a day like that again lol.
