We went today. I learned/saw that an elephants man parts is so large that it can be used as a fifth leg if needed for balance. I don't remember learning that in school.

 is also shaped kind of like a S for easier insertion since both sexes are so large.
My parents used to watch National Geographic on Sundays when I was little.

Elephants also live around 60 years. They haves several sets of back teeth that continually grow to replace the ones they wear down from chewing tree branches and brush. When they have used their last set of teeth, they will typically starve to death. They also have one of the longest gestation periods, almost 2 years. The females don't reach sexual maturity for several years. That's why they are so worth protecting.
