I exercise enough that I haven't had any sleep problems except from jetlag in a decade or so. Try exercise during the day, no caffeine after about 2 pm, and go to bed about the same time each night. That's my formula, but I'm not a doctor. 4951
If you are a female of a certain age, hot flashes are notorious for waking you up from deep sleep and it's hard to get back to sleep. Last summer for awhile, I kept the downstairs at 68 and slept well. Kinda pricey though. I move to the couch, or if hubby isn't here I'll turn on the tv, that usually helps. 4951
