This Thanksgiving was celebrated at Salt Grass, with Reservations made for 3: Myself, my beautiful hubbs, and oh so fortunately, my mama....My In-Laws are in Fredericksburg with the rest of the fam, and so we three decided to keep it deliciously easy-peasy, and hence, I made Reservations for us....We started off with Fried Mushrooms, and an order of the Range Rattlers (for my hubbs and mama....) And of course their lovely Bread and Butter.....For our meals, my hubbs went with a Ribeye (Pat's Ribeye 12 oz), Loaded Baked Tater and a Caesar Salad....My mama opted for the Fried Scrimp (Shrimp) & Chicken Tenders Platter, Fried Onions and a House Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing...   And your home-dude here scored the Grilled Scrimp (Shrimp), Baked Tater (with Butter Only) and a House Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing... ....And of course we all shared, and all have plenty of leftovers for later on snackin'....We already had scored a variety of yummy Desserts, and so were more than prepared in that department... It was absolutely lovely.... P.S.- I had previously roasted my boys, Gunny and Willie, a Turkey earlier in the week, so all is groovy at this casa this blessed Thanksgiving...Â
