Why oh why can't they leave well enough alone? Watched part of it and had to turn it off. I felt really sorry for Tim Curry. His iconic character, altered. The whole thing made me uncomfortable! I thought maybe Adam Lambert would be good, but he couldn't shine Meatloaf's boots! I think Hollywood needs to come up with new ideas and leave the classics alone. YMO 4951

@FoFa:  I had a friend that loved to go to the midnight showing of Rocky Horror repeatedly.  He would get on stage with others and shout out the dialogue and mimic the movements of the film.  I finally saw the movie a few years ago.  I watched the entire thing.  The movie wasn't that great but I kept envisioning my friend acting it out.

@SIGirl: You probably have to be **** faced to enjoy it. That's the only way I ever really watched and enjoyed the the original.

Yeah that was a popular pastime that I thankfully avoided. 4951

@Retired_Engineer:

I saw the Broadway show of this in NY and it was amazing. I am not old enough to have seen it in the movies and gotten on stage but when you walked into the theater to see the production you were given a bag of goodies one being a pink boa and we had an amazing time.  It was fun to get up and dance in the aisles.  And no, I was not drunk.  Didn't even have a sip of anything that night.  Just a fun night out with a bunch of my aunts and other female family members.  I worked for a used car dealer back then that owned a limo and he let us use it and his driver so we got out like we were VIP's.  I still love Let's do the time warp!!! 4951
