@bp2018 just breath. At one point my daughter was having well over 200 and 7 different types of focal and general seizures a day all charecterized by the movements they produced. Michael had them growing up, he out grew them, my daughter will be on meds probably for the rest of her life. My philosophy is if you can't change it, just learn as much as you can and go. My daughter has been seizure free/medicated for 4 years. It took tons of complicated coctails of rx and dosing/weaning schedules. Just always make sure you have WRITTEN in a way you can understand directions.
Having focal seizures can actually be a good thing because they originate in one part of the brain and easier to diagnose. of course the can lead to general..but focal seizures are really very common and a lot of kids diagnosed with add/adHD are actually epileptic(that word is no longer really used)
