Hello everyone, I wanted to share that today my neighbor could not find her purse that she had left at her kitchen. When she checked the surveillance cameras found out that a man had entered her home and took her wallet. This happen in kings Riveraround 8:00 AM . She said she or her husband had left the door unlocked. Just sharing to see if by any chance anyone recognize this man and for everyone to be aware and dont leaf your doors unlock or garages open. Luckly he did not take anything else and did not harm anyone in the home.

So sorry for her misfortune. Hope this guy is caught. Luckily she was not harmed. Scary thought, someone was in your home and you had no clue... Always lock the door behind you, no matter what time of day. 4951

Black lives matter.

He was likely ripping her/them off for a noble, charitable cause.

If my house that dude would have ate a bullet.....regardless of race. 4951

The best is "education first" on the shirt.

Its a credit union based in Beaumont and likely a free giveaway tee at some sort of a community event for upstanding citizens.

Yeah....that worked well. ....

Same thing happened to my grandma years ago in NY. She was in her yard gardening and someone walked into her house, emptied her jewelry box, and took her purse. 4951

@Jeff1928: Possibly they did get his face... If he entered through the same door, the camera should've gotten him going in as well. Scary to think that people could come and go without you even realizing it!!

I think on the whole, people should be more proactive about crime. Why on earth leave anything of value in your car?  Locked, unlocked, parked on the street or in your driveway or garage, it is just not really a smart thing to do.  I never have anything of value in my car, and if I did, I would for sure at least, the very least, lock the doors.  I just don't get why people leave things in their car that matter or are expensive.  It is like putting a sign on your car saying, rob me! rob me!Same with our homes.  Lock your doors.  We installed the keyless locks on our doors years ago.  They are wonderful.   The doors all stay locked, and we just put in a code and don't have to worry about keeping keys with us.  And we use our alarm.  If nothing else turn the chime on.  And once a month test your alarm.  Good thing to let people know you have one and use it.  It isn't rocket science.

@Fallon: Great information! Also Harbor Freight sells wireless outdoor motion alarms for like $20 each. They just hang on a nail and can be placed at the end of your driveway, on a tree near your entrances, on a fence, gate, etc....wherever someone might pass by to get to your home. A two-note chime inside the house alerts you to someone's presence so you can better protect yourself and your property.

That is very bold of him to walk right in.  It is also frightening cause it sounds like she was home when it happened.  If she had seen him things could have ended badly for her.   4951

JPMWhat is racist about that?  No one mentioned the guys race, did they? It's obvious enough in the picture.  Or should the OP blurred out the guys face etc? 4951

@Nicolepatricia: Please post the picture of him making an entry. It's almost impossible to identify him from this angel. In fact, the first motion detection should have been his entry.
