Can anyone recommend any local seafood markets that have blue crabs? They can be live or steamed. Google has not been my friend today. Thanks! 4951

I was going to suggest the markets in Kemah. Not far from the Boardwalk -other side of the bridge.

Try this place. I haven't been there but you can call them to see if they have what you want. They are in the woodlands.

The Shrimp Net on 1960 is wonderful. Basically a fish truck but super nice guy. He has gorgeous fresh shrimp, snapper, blue crabs, oysters, tuna, etc. He goes to Kemah every morning and takes special orders for whatever is fresh from the gulf or just go by and see what is in the coolers. He is on the south side of 1960, sort of across from Mo's BBQ if I recall. Tues- Sun , 11- 7 4951

Good to know! But something about buying fish from a truck weirds me out. Lol. 4951

@allymansfield: Actually this is more like a seafood stand than a truck. Very clean and big coolers of fish seafood. I'm picky and I think you would feel very comfortable buying from him. Here is the website: http://theshrimpnet.net/index.html

I know I'm a little late to the party, but there's a place in Huffman called Seafood Plus. I've not been there, but you might call them to see if they have what you want. If you go, please give a review!!12022 Fm 1960 RdHuffman, TX 77336(281) 324-4050
