During Sept 8-10 TiVo updated their software. Since then Video On Demand has failed with Service Msg GSM 11. SL in Lubbock suggested after trouble shooting calling TiVo for further analysis. TiVo suggested SL changing current SRN (40+) setting to within a range of 29-35.
Followed up with SL on site tech. Tech advised not necessary to change SRN setting. More trouble shooting without any success. Tech swapped Pace unit with new one. VOD continues to fail. Experience tech perplexed, Can't figure out what is causing GSM 11 service code. Thinks it might be a TiVo software.
Anyone having same issue with SL/TiVo VOD failures? Any techies out there have any thoughts for resolutions?
Next thought is to have supervisor and tech come out and figure out what is going on. 4951
