Weird but traditional

I grew up eating stuff such as this (not Tripas, first time I had those was from street vendor in San Antonio).But we did eat a lot of offal growing up. One of my faves was always when mom made scrambled eggs and brains.But pig feet, ears and tripe (pickled), kidney, heart, sweet breads but never a big fan of liver.Although I do like deer, rabbit and chicken liver.Didn't think anything of it, mostly because other folks without a lot of money ate the same things. 4951
