I'm pretty good at getting the exercise in, but obviously not putting all the right pieces together.  When I fall off the low carb wagon, I have so much trouble getting back on.  I've probably tried every type of diet except WW.  Love to hear experiences.  4951

@MarT: I have lost 59 lbs since Christmas.   Have gone down 4 sizes in clothes.  My goal was 65 lbs but I seem to be stuck at 59.  Started using WW at the end of January otherwise I don't think I would have gotten this far.  I don't belong to a gym (never found time to go so it was a waste of $) but I do walk with the dog when it is not 100 degrees.  When it is cooler we walk about 5 to 7 miles per day, right now it is between 3 and 4 depending on the temperature.

@AndreweggplantThat's great!  I just joined the online plan.  I have tendonitis in my ankle, I need to see the podiatrist again, and walking aggravates it terribly.  I do go to the gym 4-5 times a week.  Hopefully, if I can get the food on track, I'll see results.  I mostly lift weights and use the elliptical, which doesn't bother my ankle.  Did you find it easy to follow?  4951

Let's do pool exercise @mart. W free weight! We could rotate pool locations. We could also make up a fun synchronized swimming routine!😉 4951

@MarT: Pretty much.  You can actually eat anything you want but certain things "cost" a lot.  You will find that different brands of the same thing are worth different points etc.  An example is avocados.  Haa's brand is different (less points) that other brands.  I am not a vegetable eater (except green beans and cucumbers) and I only like a few fruits so I had to adjust for that.  But you can have as many fruits and veggies as you want.Who do you use as a podiatrist?  I need one for my foot...

I lost 20lbs last year after I had my son with WW. Just joined again after having my daughter. I like the weekly weigh ins, it keeps me accountable. I don't stay for the meeting anymore because my son would run a muck lol. I like it because it makes you really think about what you are eating and see how some seemingly healthy stuff really isn't. Like anything, you get out of it what you put in. 4951

@cgm10sne1: That could be fun.  As much as I like walking with my pooch, other people would be fun too... 4951

@MarT: I had 3 shakes and 2 of their candy bars for breakfast. 4 Microwave meals and some fruit for lunch. I'm thinking of having a medium Pizza for dinner down from the large. I'm getting nowhere.

@Queen_of_Spayeds:  I do it online now too.  The meetings were easy when they had them here in the office but I don't go out  of my way to go to one.  They were/are kind of "elementary"...  I like things to be more interesting.Started cleaning out the closet...  Have got 4 different sizes of clothes.  I think the two or three biggest sizes go... Some are like new so I have not decided where they are going yet.
