I'm pretty good at getting the exercise in, but obviously not putting all the right pieces together. When I fall off the low carb wagon, I have so much trouble getting back on. I've probably tried every type of diet except WW. Love you hear experiences.Â
@MarT: I have lost 59 lbs since Christmas. Â Have gone down 4 sizes in clothes. Â My goal was 65 lbs but I seem to be stuck at 59. Â Started using WW at the end of January otherwise I don't think I would have gotten this far. Â I don't belong to a gym (never found time to go so it was a waste of $) but I do walk with the dog when it is not 100 degrees. Â When it is cooler we walk about 5 to 7 miles per day, right now it is between 3 and 4 depending on the temperature.
