Back in the late sixties, when "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" was shown on TV for the first time. That was scary (as a young teenager). Then "The Wolfman" came out, that was pretty scary.Vampires and Mummies never really scared me, although my mom was terrified of mummies. My daughter literally locks her dolls up in her closet, to this day.She can not handle any kind of animated doll, scares the crap out of her. She is NOT a horror movie kind of person. She watched Rose Red (well the first 30 minutes anyway) and could not sleep for a couple weeks.I find most horror movies are pretty boring today, but maybe because I have seen so many, the suspense and plot all are so predictable to me.
@FoFa:Â My Mother still gets the creeps from the original Frankenstein.
