>> MMMM.... Enough is enough. Â I would be taking the vet bill over in a heartbeat. Â You could always turn them in for vicious dog since it has happened before? Â Maybe some chicken wire or something is in order but you should still not have to put up with that. Â
@Andreweggplant:
Problem is...my dog doesn't like other dogs either. So he could say mine is aggressive too. He had put up chicken wire and made his wear a cone while outside so she couldn't get her head through. That was his grand solution. I told him tonight that we did the best we could by putting up a privacy fence, at our own cost. He said he'd fix it...but he's the laziest person ever. So I'll believe it when I see it.
@taramay: Maybe the privacy fence needs to be a bit more secure? What is missing? I have a dog but she cannot get through the fence around my yard. Â Plus she is not outside unsupervised...
@Andreweggplant:
We live in the country out here. Most people have strictly outside dogs. My dogs are in and out all day. They stay in at night. His dogs are in and out as well. Sometimes their times outside overlap. When I know his are out, I keep mine in. The fence is extremely secure. We stopped it where his stops and ours continues. We probably could have kept going a few feet to avoid this from happening, but didn't think (obviously) that they would be able to get at each other with the way we built it.
In the picture, on the far right, where the black pole is...is where his dog got through. She had to have like 1/2 her body through their fence to get through ours.
Edit...apparently pictures aren't working! 4951
