**Lamb on a gyro is excellent.
**It's hard to beat Cajun fried gator nuggets.
**Grits have to be cooked just right and be more like polenta for me to like them.
I refuse to suck crawfish heads. The tail is okay with the right sauce, and as long as I don't have to peel them myself.
