We started to start school clothes shopping yesterday. Trying to get things done early this. I don't have t buy too much for clothes. Shoes is what I dread. Then. Next week start on school supplies if list are out. I will just order from school. I have to buy new backpacks those things are pricey now that my Kids are older. 4951

I admit to enjoying people watching at Back To School time. The mother/daughter dynamic is better than some things shown on tv. 4951

@Annie: I love doing back to school with my girls! My last child is starting Kindergarten this year and I'm so excited. No more private Pre-K to pay for! It's like getting a HUGE raise from work!

Woodridge middle did those dumb school Supply packs and it was the most idiotic thing ever! I still had to buy extra things for my boys and the stuff that came in the pack was just awful! 4951

@yankeejessica:
What site were those off of? It was $60 for the 6th grade pack. Doable for convenience, but not for awful stuff. 4951

We all know that those crayons must have came from the dollar store. I have made that mistake before lol. I guess it's sorting through stuff at walmart again. For some elementary school parents that large manilla paper is not at Walmart. I always found it at HEB in Kingwood. 4951

@myevilgrin:
HAC updates start August 4th and the orientations are usually mid-late month. We're going to need more time. 4951
