We recently replaced an old toilet in our upstairs bathroom...does anyone know if Waste Management will pick it up tomorrow?  If not, any ideas about how to dispose of the old toilet? 4951

WM will usually pick up anything at the curb in my past experience. Sad to just pitch it 4951

Break it up and put it in the COH trash can. Just don't over weight it with other garbage 4951

Odds are good it won't last until WM comes through. Has a great look as a cacti planter though. 4951

Thanks, I will go ahead and put it on the curb for WM.  I am trying to decide if ya'll are teasing me about the toilet bowl acting as a planter!!  Any of you are more than welcome to come get it if you would like it!  We only replaced it because of red rust deposits that just refused to stay white after tedious and repeated cleaning. 4951

I've seen them used a lot as planters... There's one place outside of Madisonville that the entire entryway to the property is lined with them....and some decorative hubcaps. 4951

@friday1: Yeah, put a sledge hammer to it and break it up. Put it in the trash. Takes like 5 minutes. I did it with a couple of them and also and old iron tub. Iron breaks easily with a sledge hammer.

Depends on what village . My neighbor has one that's been out for over a week and it's still there ! I saw the curious neighborhood kids playing with it the other day . I would say break it up and toss it . 4951
