It could be a trial run to see how much protest there is. If not much they may decide to to in all stores. 4951

I shop at the neighborhood Walmart only because they price match and I don't have to run all over town.  I won't be shopping there any longer if they don't price match. What Kroger sells for $2.00 Walmart has for $4.00.  I will just go to each store then.  When you are on a budget the price matching really helps getting everything done at one place.I keep everything in my shopping cart by store with it all written down and the flyer circled in case they need it.  I get thru faster than most normal people shopping and if I see someone behind me with only a few items I let them go ahead of me in case my price matching holds up the line.Personally I think they will loose a lot of customers because I see numerous people price matching all the time at Walmart.  If you see another store flyer in the shopping cart they are price matching. 4951

@dotti573 totally agree with you. I go to Walmart to price match. If they do away with that I won't go. It does help when you are in a limited budget. I prefer HEB and Kroger but sometimes their prices are too high so I price match at Walmart. Otherwise I'd have to skip the product. 4951

Aldi is good. I've been shopping with them for the last 15 years! Produce is usually fresh and you can't beat their milk and egg prices 4951

I really don't care about that kind of stuff. I certainly don't want to pay $10 for an avocado, but small price differences are just not something I worry about. If you need something you need it. Toss it in the buggy and get out. Not wasting gas and time going from store to store. 4951
