Does anybody know a beekeeper in the Kingwood & surrounding area that might like to come collect a nice little beehive with docile bees and honey to go along with it? 4951

On 1960, near Walmart, there is a roadside shopping area. One vendor has locally grown honey. If he doesn't raise the bees himself, he would know who does and who to call. Next time you are out, it would be worth the ask. 4951

Try the guy that runs Knox Farms and Feed in Porter too. He sells local honey and can maybe get you in the right direction. 4951

We had a large hive settle in a small tree when we lived in Laplace, LA. Â We called the non-emergency number of the police and they gave us a name and phone number of a local bee-keeper. Â He came right out and used a modified shop vac to gently collect the hive and queen. Â He didn't charge anything since he got a new hive of bees. 4951
