Drank some Emergen-Z sleep aide stuff and my mind won't shut down.  I have my to-list running through my head.  I wrote it down but that didn't help.  UGH!  Might have to resort to getting an RX for a sleep aide or stronger anti-anxiety meds while i go through the moving process.Moving stress i guess. 4951

@foxymama I would avoid an RX for sleep.  Do what you can during the day.  If you have to have family come help you with your dd while you pack up, do that for a few daysEmoticonIt is stressful, but only for a bit.  RX sleep aids can make you so groggy the next day you will not be able to get things done.

@Fallon:

Not counting the addiction factor. Not aware of anybody croaking from lack of sleep, plenty from taking sleep aids. You will adjust at some point. 4951
