I hadn't heard much about this movie, but we decided to watch it after reading the intro. Â It's about an old man that is suffering the early stages of dementia. Â He got one of those sweepstakes letters and is convinced that he has won a million dollars. Â He and his wife and two sons live in Billings, Montana and the old man needs to get to Nebraska to "claim his prize". Â One of his sons decides to take him to Nebraska to keep him from trying to walk there. Â On the way, they stop at their old home town. The movie is slow and has no action, but it is a great example of human behavior, both good and bad, as well as a bit of humor. My wife's mother died of Alzheimers, and we are familiar with all stages of dementia, sadly. 4951
