I have some pizza dough I need to use tonight. But can't eat tomato sauce because it's too acidic. What else can I make besides pizza. 4951

I use it for breakfast biscuits. We make our own dough in a machine. Also breadsticks. 4951

I can't eat Alfredo sauce. It gives me the runs because I don't have a gallbladder.  Sucks getting old.  4951

You could make a pizza with pesto sauce. Or roll it out thin and make some pita bread.  4951

You can make pizza with olive oil and crushed garlic for the base. Then either add Alfredo or just leave it as is and add your toppings.  Pesto is a good alternative too.  Or if you want something sweet, spread it with butter and add cinnamon and sugar (or make icing like a cinnamon roll) 4951

@foxymamaDude, for a lil' Sweet Treat, my friend, cup the dough into strips, sprinkle / cover with Cinnamon and Sugar (on both sides) twist the strips and bake off!  ....Or for a lil' Fruit Tart deliciousness, roll out the dough very thin and bake off....              Allow to cool completely and spread a think layer of Cool Whip (Side Note: A lovely flavor profile to add to the Cool Whip / Whip Cream here would be some Fresh Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest....or perhaps mix in a lil' Lemon Curd...) Anywho, top with fresh berries (such as Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and sliced Strawberries, dust with a lil' Powdered Sugar action and BAM, you have a nice lil' Fruit Tart....@stayliftedDude...  I am dying over here right now!

I buy pizza dough to make pepperoni bread - pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese. roll out dough baste inside with a little virgin olive oil, then the above mentioned from top to bottom and roll it up. bake at 350 degrees until cheese starts oozing out at top & bottom and it a nice golden brown. You can also do just cheese. 4951
