I got this one off of here and it was insane good! I tried to make it without the butter but it failed. Think the butter somehow cuts the heat and also makes it much softer. Jalapeño Pot Roast
4 lbs Chuck roast1 package dry Ranch dressing1 package Au Jus mix1 8 oz jar peperoncini1 8 oz jar jalapeno slices1 stick butter
In a crock pot, place the chuck roast. Next add in the remaining
ingredients on top of the roast in the order they are in. Cook in crock
pot 8 hours or until meat is easy to cut with a fork. Serve over mashed
