@donnatella: The hotel heist is another issue which I am glad he was found guilty but all evidence has to be turned into court in a timely manner or it would be inadmissible as evidence.
@CBP210: Can't be turned in if they just found it. Can be tried a second time on new charges with new evidence, just nothing from the first trial.
@donnatella: He can not be retried no matter how much new evidence is discovered. Â New evidence can be used to retry someone after a conviction, but double jeopardy means no amount of new evidence can be introduced after an acquittal. Â
Unless the knife is proved to be the murder weapon, and it indicates someone else did it, nothing can come of this beyond a "see, we told you he did it". 4951
