Ok I just made an omlete with one large egg and 1/4 cup egg whites. I can't tell the difference! It's less WW points, sweet.

You really can't tell the difference and you save the calories and fat.  I've never thought to do it that way - use ONE full egg (to get the nutrients from the yolk) and supplement with whites.  I'm so making my eggs like that next time! 4951

I used to do the egg white thing, but everything I'm reading nowadays is saying that the yolks are just as healthy as the whites - if not more so. Eggs are actually one of the healthiest proteins on the planet. No better way to start the morning for me than a gigantic veggie omelette.  4951

I usually scramble 3 egg whites/1 yolk.  after eggs are scrambled, add 2 T low fat cottage cheese and stir.  The cottage cheese melts down and makes the eggs so creamy Emoticon  under 150 cals. 4951

Eggs are healthy, as long as you don't overdo it.  My favorite is scrambled with a bit of light margarine and a pinch of salt.  Less is more when cooking them at home.  When I go out for breakfast, a veggie omelet or veggie frittata (Egg & I) is my favorite. 4951

@CBP210:  The egg white mcmuffin is my all-time favorite morning breakfast grab.  250 calories is not bad at all for breakfast.

@CBP210:  I don't have time to cook in the mornings, except when I am off.  I'm usually racing out of the house just in time to not be late. No time for cooking.

I make my own too. I save the small sour cream containers and spray it with a little Pam then whip up a couple egg whites in the container and microwave for 45 seconds, dump it out onto the toasted English muffin, top with a little cheese and some ham. I wrap it in foil and send it with my kids to school so they can eat it for breakfast.

Every once in a while, we like to go to IHOP and I get the Colorado Omelet.  It's stuffed with bits of bacon, ham, sausage, roast beef, bell pepper, and onion.  It comes with salsa to pour on top.BTW:  IHOP makes their omelets with some pancake batter added to the eggs, so take that into consideration if you're watching your carbs.   4951

@CBP210: If they are toasted Bay's English muffins - no other brand is as good.
