If anyone would like to volunteer to make a meal for @bp2018 one day this week, I will gladly deliver it to her. She typically keeps odd hours with her husband's work schedule, so whatever your schedule may be is fine.

She and baby Lizzy are being released from the hospital today.

Post here or PM me if interested. Thanks! 4951

@mahm:I can take her something - I know I live pretty close to her so just send me her address and if you find out from her a good time to bring something and I can get it over to her! 4951

@Brat: I would suggest she waits until after breastfeeding, although, she could pump and dump Emoticon

I drank coffee through both pregnancies and while nursing both kids. Just nothing excessive. I would have been a wreck without my cup of coffee each morning!! 4951

No reason to avoid coffee unless baby is sensitive to it. I drank it through both pregnancies and while nursing. The thought of pumping and dumping makes me want to cry! What a waste of good milk! 4951

I can take her a meal on Saturday. Any suggestions for foods she and her family like? Or things they don't like? 4951

@taramay: I never had a coffee restriction. Was just advised to partake in moderation. I even got toward the end and was craving a margarita. He gave me a pass for ONE small one. I ended up splitting that with The Hubs. All of the "no's" are to keep people from overdoing any of it. I craved jalapenos so I did not moderate those...LOL. I had them on everything!!!!

Thank you! She says they aren't picky. Although I think she's just being nice and grateful. I remember a thread on here where she named something she doesn't like. Does anyone remember? I'm thinking it was chicken on the bone, but that's probably just @BooBear.

Same for my DH. It doesn't bother me. The kids and I love rotisserie chicken. And of course buffalo wings.

Ok, now I remember when @bp2018 was getting impatient with the end of the pregnancy and talking about spicy food. I said I was going to make wings over the weekend and she was welcome to join. She said wings sounded good, so I don't think she has a problem with bone-in chicken. It was something else.

Sorry if I'm making some of you gag. Emoticon 4951
