Went for a bike ride yesterday with my 7 year old GD. She doesn't go as fast as her older sister so I have to watch my distance as an adult bike tends to catch up pretty fast. She suddenly decided to stop yesterday on the bike trails and by the time I realized it and put on the brakes it was too late. I have bike shoes that have a cleat on the bottom that locks into my pedals and I could only get one foot loose in time but sadly I fell towards the side with the shoe still attached to my pedal. OUCH. Skinned my knee, bruised my shoulder, leg and rear end. Too old for that kind of stuff. When we got home she immediately told my DW what happened and that I had shouted out a few bad words. "What words?" my wife asked. "Well the one that starts with 'S' and he said ****** twice."Opps. Guess I did. 4951
My Fridays have been romp days lately. It's a nice regularly scheduled  ipe cleaning! Lol. We have never done the scheduled time before but I must say I really like knowing every Friday is a fun day. 4951
Sounds like someone is getting too old to play with the kiddos. Now, I can really relate to that. Have the problem all the time the day after visits from the great grand kids. Enjoy the time but feels like I took a beating. 4951
