@foxymamaDude.... After the cake completely cools, run a knife (I use a Butter Knife) around the edges of the cake, helping to separate the cake from the pan, then turn the cake onto a plate and knock on the bottom of the pan with the knife handle, and gently raise the pan up..... I hope this lil' tidbit of info helps you out, my friend... And it if doesn't turn out perfect, it's cool, I have faith that it'll still be most righteous in flavor!Â
