Everyone in my house including myself has nasal congestion and we are really dizzy.  Anyone else feeling like this? 4951

Not dizzy thankfully. However today I woke up with drainage and this annoying cough. It was like a tickle in my throat. Now the headache has started in. I swear there must be something in the air I'm suddenly allergic or sensitive to. Hope you guys are feeling better. 4951

@foxymama:

Yup! My daughter had it the first of the wee and i thought it was just sinuses. Hit me Thursday at work and was down and out Friday. Feeling a little better today thank goodness. 4951

I thought sinuses or maybe I needed to clean my cpap better but must be a virus since it's catchy.   Headache is a real $itch too.  I will be glad when the dizziness  and headache are gone. Those are the worst feelings.  Almost as bad as nausea.  4951

I was very stuffy, bad cough, dizzy and just felt run down. Of course i worked 15 1/2 hours Thursday, so that might have been part of it. 4951

I woke up congested and tired with a sore throat. I have done nothing today and I am so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open. Going to bed soon.

How long does this last? 4951

It's been such Dry season indoors. Try running a humidifier (or 2) throughout the house. Massage coconut oil around the sinuses (along cheekbone, temples and between the eyes), also put some inside the nose. Works wonders! Hope y'all feel better soon! 😊 4951

Arm and Hammer just came out with a good saline spray for your nose.  It is really so easy and works wonders.

@Fallon:
I have been using a neti pot for a few years. Love it! Just be sure to use Spring water. Saline sprays are nice too.
