Or maybe do a slightly different concept like keep Rigos casual and make the other more upscale. There are many possibilities. 4951

Maybe he will do something different and learn how to be consistent with the quality of his food and service.
 
We have been to Rigo's several times and the food was inconsistent and the service was never very good.
We have been very pleased with Cilantros. 4951

Was never a fan of El Charro's.  Ate there a few times and never went back.  Food was never consistent.   4951

El Charro is just gross.  Frozen Mexican food from the grocery store reheated in a microwave.Success is simple, use fresh ingredients and have a clean place.  No magic involved.  Just clean and fresh.  If any of these owners ever would watch one episode of Ramsey's show, they would get this.  He does the same thing to every run down nasty place he goes.  He cleans it up, and uses fresh food.
 
@Fallon: Don't you ever wonder, HOW HARD CAN IT BE??????? I can understand someone new to the restaurant business struggling at first, but Rigo has a lot of experience, from what I understand.
