My mil never had food in her kitchen cabinets. It was loaded with supplements. She claimed they were necessary.
I'm a big pusher of eating right, healthy and organic. You won't find anything but meat and remade meals in my freezer. No boxes, cans, or junk food. I bake our treats. Cutting out fillers, preservatives and gmo's.
May I ask why you feel you need all that? Do you share that with your doctor?
