I just take a women's multivitamin and calcium supplements to help with my stress FX. 4951

D3AEB1B2B5B7B9CalciumMagnesiumManganeseMolybdenumCopperZincIronOmegasK1MK4CProtein powdersAnd a few others i don't remember off the top of my head.  I take 8 different doses a day with different combinations in each to maximize their effectivenessI find targeting specific nutrients instead of a multi is better for me.  In multi vitamins they have items that actually do not work well together so you aren't getting the most value by doing it that way.   But everyone is different.If that works for you, then great.

Omg I have a hard time remembering to take my allergy pill every morning. How often do you take them? Eight times a day, you eat all that?
My mil never had food in her kitchen cabinets. It was loaded with supplements. She claimed they were necessary.
I'm a big pusher of eating right, healthy and organic. You won't find anything but meat and remade meals in my freezer. No boxes, cans, or junk food. I bake our treats. Cutting out fillers, preservatives and gmo's.
May I ask why you feel you need all that? Do you share that with your doctor?

Do you take your tumeric with some fat? I read recently that the tumeric capsule dont work unless you have some fat in your stomach to digest with them. 4951

Would whole milk in my coffee be enough? I generally take them in the am around the time I have coffee.
 
I was skeptical about it, the nutritionist recommended it for my workout aches and pains, what I've really noticed is it helps the pain from arthritis in my basal thumb joint a lot. 4951
