See a Doc. Tendinitis is nothing to mess with. The tendons are located in little tracks and when they get inflamed they swell beyond the tracks and that's what causes the pain. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation (RICE) will help. I lived with Plantar Fasciatis (due to a certain antibiotic) for 18 months. It was quite painful and debilitating. I did a lot of PT exercises, icing, NSAIDS to get through it!! Good Luck

I did too and then it turned into tarsal tunnel syndrome and had to have surgery. You want to take care of it in the begining and not let it go too long. 4951
