Grilled Chicken Breasts that I marinated overnight with Fresh Blood Orange & Meyer Lemon Zest and Juice, as well as Salt, Pepper and a lil' Lemon Pepper..... The sugars in the fruit (zest and juice) helped to create a lovely crust as it grilled up.... They were basically AMAZE-BALLS if I say so myself.... And I definitely do! Served with steamed Broccoli, Sliced Carrots and Cauliflower, as well as a nice side Salad with fresh Cucumbers in a Grapefruit Vinaigrette.... Â
