So bought some preseason fajita streak from Kroger. Not had it before.
Sliced some onion and Anaheim peppers, and grilled them. Grilled the steak, cut some avocados, some sour cream, heated some tortillas, pretty good.
Could use a little more heat, but DW didn't think so (she is really getting to be a wuss). Will do this again. Can't believe we don't have left overs either. Came in like a 1 pound sealed bag for like 6 bucks. So for 30 minutes of work, and less than $12, fajita dinner for two.

H E Double Toothpicks NO!My aunt use to scramble pigs brains in with eggs.  I had no idea.  So I help myself to some brains and eggs, thinking (like all normal people) that I was getting eggs and sausage!Ahhhh!  Never ate at her house again.

We have tried the preseason fajita meat from HEB and Randall, and was never fond of them. So tried Kroger's, and were pleasantly surprised.
