Gas is up to $2.14 , but it's down from $2.17 this past week end. It's been overcast & foggy these past few days , some rain but not too bad . We get rain & that will eventually bring the snow when it gets cold enough . Right now it is 42 degrees with a slight breeze . But the news says we have some bad storms with lots of rain heading our way . We don't need it but at least we do not have to shovel the rain .Our oldest daughter has rented a reception place for Thanksgiving . We have a huge family so no ones house is large enough to fit everyone . Last year we had our Thanksgiving at the café they owned , thy shut it down for 2 days & we fixed it up for our party & it turned out great . So this year she has rented a large hall I told her we would help her pay for it but she said this is their gift to the family . So everyone will bring a covered dish or dessert & just like last year we will all have fun & full stomach's when it's over.Hubby is going to join "Planet Fitness" it opened last week & I joined & have been going everyday , I enjoy my work out & hope it will help me firm up eventually. I was a size 14 but can now fit into a 12 & at my age I need to firm up so I do not get "flabby". I want to get to a size 10 by my birthday in March . I was a size 10 when I married my husband 25 years ago .We mowed the grass for the last time last week , so our yard work is done till spring , I put our 50 new iris plants 2 weeks ago , a Japanese maple tree & 4 huge mum plants . Now if everything makes it through this winter we will have a colorful spring .That's it from Ky. we wish all of you a wonderful holiday season & may God grant you all good health & happiness always...... 4951
