I'm not a fan of it, but then again, I don't live near it, so it's not my battle. My guess is it made the news because of the outrage and hostility.
Just watched the clip and it was the hostility that made it a story. Funny, the one to start it all didn't want to be ID'd on camera and had her face hidden and voice altered.
They seem like a nice couple that just has eccentric tastes when it comes to house paint. Again, it WAS approved. This whole thing is just very unfortunate.
Also read some posts "over there" and they are actually excited about the story and proud of themselves, which speaks volumes. Online bullying is alive and well, even applauded.
I'm sure Joe is so proud. 4951
