@sweetie: When the lady told me the tech couldn't make it out for two days I asked if she was going to prorate my bill accordingly. She was dismissive...just like the rest of their customer service.

I've asked that before and I was told to go to the office and find someone to talk to about it . They will then let you know if the outage applies to a rebate. I said it's not a rebate it's for service not rendered! I got the runaround too. They are awful. 4951
