My speech/toast went great. I opted to use my loud thespian voice and not use a microphone. My wife said everyone could hear everything. I ended with 4 lines from Shakespeare's The Tempest about love and marriage. I picked it because my daughter works at Seattle's Fifth Avenue Theater (like our Alley) and loves the classics.The weather was perfect, beautiful clear and warm by Seattle standards, actually the wedding was at Kitsap Memorial State Park and the kids did all the organizing. It was a beautiful wedding! Here are a few others I had time to edit this morning over coffee in our hotel room at 6am. 1. setting up the room for the reception2.
